Payment Methods

There are a number of methods in which to pay:

1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Solo cards.
2. CHEQUE: please make all cheques payable to "MCP Sports Ltd". Goods are not despatched until funds have cleared into the MCP Sports Ltd bank account. Please allow 7 working days for the clearance of cheques, then apply the normal despatch times to the order.
3. CASH: in UK pounds (£) sterling. Cash is sent at your own risk, and we recommend that you send it via a secure postal method. Please note change cannot be given, so please send the exact amount.
4. POSTAL ORDERS: Please make payable to "MCP Sports Ltd" and cross for security. Change cannot be given, so please send the exact amount. Crossed postal orders are treated as cheque payments and normal cheque clearance times will apply.
5. MONEY ORDERS: All money orders must be in UK pounds (£ / GBP) sterling only.

Shopping Cart

If you are looking to pay by credit/debit card then we offer this method through Paypal online. To use the shopping cart, please follow the instructions below:

1. When you have located the items you would like to buy, press the ADD TO BASKET button next to the item description which will add a quantity of 1 to your basket.
2. This will then take you to your Basket page. Here you can see all previous items entered into it. You can also alter the quantities of any particular item as desired. Just change the quantities in the boxes provided and press Update Quantities to update with the new total.

1. If you have finished shopping and wish to proceed to Checkout simply press the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button on the shopping cart page.
2. If you wish to remove items from your basket, simply tick the REMOVE box and then the UPDATE CART button.
3. If you want to continue shopping, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button and when it asks to close this window, select YES and you will be back in the shop to continue shopping.

When you PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, if you have a Paypal account and would prefer to use this, enter your Paypal details and follow the instructions. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card then click on the CONTINUE link (under the don't have a Paypal account section). You will then be asked for the following information:

1. Full name
2. Email Address
3. Delivery Address (*)
4. Telephone Number
5. Payment method and payment details

These details will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, and also in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The exact total due will appear in your checkout basket. If paying by Credit/Debit card you will be taken to the relevant page to enter your payment details.

Having entered all of your details, you then need to click on the REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE BUTTON. If you are happy with the details then click the PAY NOW button and the order will be sent through to Sapphire Dancewear.
(*) PLEASE NOTE: If paying by credit/debit card. The delivery address must be the same as the cardholders address.

Manual Payment

If you are looking to pay by Cheque, Cash, Postal order or money order, please click on our manual order form, print it off, fill it in and send it with payment to:

If you are sending a manual payment we ask that you e-mail us with details of your order so that we can reserve the items for you (Please Note: Items can only be held in reserve for 5 days from your e-mail date).
